We also record details on past travels and future travel plans. In addition to past bookings, enquiries and your feedback, we collect other information such as any medical requirements, dietary preferences and interests so that we can better tailor any itinerary we may send to you.

Where you have asked us to provide information for a proposed trip or to arrange travel services, we will use your information to enable us to plan and arrange your holiday. For example, companies we currently work with may include delivery companies and travel partner companies – in these cases, information would only be passed on for the relevant contracted service fulfilment.
