Nomadic Thoughts has been in business for over 30 years and have been actively communicating with our clients since then.
We ensure that all the data we hold about you is secure. We do not share any data about you unless this is required as part of your trip. We do not sell or give your information to anyone.
We strongly believe in protecting the confidentiality and security of your information and we want you to be clear on how we are using your information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.
The information we collect:
Identity details (such as your name, age, date of birth) and contact details (such as your email, phone number, mobile number and address) are collected directly from you when you contact us to make an enquiry about a holiday. We also record details on past travels and future travel plans. In addition to past bookings, enquiries and your feedback, we collect other information such as any medical requirements, dietary preferences and interests so that we can better tailor any itinerary we may send to you.
How we use your information:
Where you have asked us to provide information for a proposed trip or to arrange travel services, we will use your information to enable us to plan and arrange your holiday. For example, companies we currently work with may include delivery companies and travel partner companies – in these cases, information would only be passed on for the relevant contracted service fulfilment.
We also use the contact information you provide so that we may appropriately communicate with you in the course of providing services to you or to provide you with the information that you request from us.
For marketing purposes
We also use your information to contact you to ask how satisfied you are with our service and to contact you with marketing information you may be interested in.

On the basis that we do not offer a direct booking services from our website, information stored is kept at a minimum. Although not utilised presently, we reserve the right to collect certain information about visitors to our website using cookies. Nomadic Thoughts use third-party tracking applications (i.e. Google Analytics and such) which provide information on website traffic and behaviour patterns to help maintain a better user experience. Google Analytics measures and analyses traffic to the website including unique visitors and information on visitor sessions.
